The Sense of a writer and The Art of a Poet

What do you think is there any difference between a writer and a poet?
Is the way of thinking of a poet and a writer are same ?
To get the answer Experience the blog ahead. 
             First and foremost a poet and a writers view are almost same , but there is a difference in presentation of the content. 
For eg , imagine you visiting a cloth shop 
In one shop the shop keeper manually shows every cloth with some gestures in the same case the another shop keeper had kept certain artificial models and the dress is 
Nicely kept on them showing the perfection 
So that the customers have a quick idea of the dress . Iam not trying to compare the writers and the poets both are best at their positions. But the material matters of the dress  (here it would be content quality) , like how is your content , the body shaping , the topic , the words , language, literature these all matters alot .
And there is a myth , normal people often think that the poets or the content creators are completely different human .
Absolutely not the writer's , poets or the , content creators are same like others and a normal human .The only difference between a normal human and a poet or a writer is that , what a normal person can only feel ,  a poet 
A poet or a writer can convert that feelings into words , it's like giving life to the words .
And there is a huge difference between poet , writer , and a normal person.
The poet's and writer's way of looking the world and normal humans way of thinking is way too different.  For eg , If a normal person gets a water he would say "I've got a glass of water". But if that glass of water if it gets to a thirsty person he will say  " I GOT A GLASS OF WATER" ! It just means that what a normal person find that thing very normal . That thing a poet and a writer will grab the thing and mould it in such a way that it comes out as  a new CREATION an new and a different CONTENT. To become a poet a writer you don't have any degrees to take .
First of all you should know in wich language you have to create it or write it . Then you should be having a good hold on the language especially the grammar part. 
Initially start writing what did you actually felt throughout the day happy or sad slowly and steadily your vocabulary would get better if you maintain a consistency. 
Then you should know how to play with the words . It means you should know wich word to add of the same meaning we have different different words of the same meaning some are big words while some are short . It's just making best out of waste .
You should know that how the line is creating by mixing of words .
If you aspire for poet , there should be a link connecting every line . 
There is a way of writing a poem there are species you can say for eg. There are couplets . 
But Inboth the cases the most common thing is thought processing , your thinking skill should be good . And it also enhances more of it itself as you progress ahead. 
The work of  a poet or a writer is not instant 
Like you thought about the topic and your content is ready NO . You have to think understand that what are you writing about what are you writing and why are you writing. 
You should be well recognized from all the four sides you should know in and out of your content because anyone can question in any way and you are responsible for it.
Now how to choose a topic?
See Observe and take a step you should be well aware of  the environment around you .
The whole essence of your writing depends on your language, because our language is our voice. 
Then all the editing part come now a days there are alot of editing apps for content writing like Google docs. 
See this all things are very important because This is a result of what are your thoughts and what do you feel (the content)
Drictely or indricetly it defines your personality and how the person is .
Incase of poems you have to decide how big it should be not more than 7- 8 stanzas of 3- 4 lines maximum . For writing a poem you have to follow a specific criteria this is what  makes it different from writing. 
It's not like that you cannot be a poet or a writer and you also doesn't need to go through  a  tragedy or something .
It's just you have to change the way of ssenging the world always in a positive way . 
A good poet and a good writer is who that searches a positive thing let it be a world full of negative vibes you should also know how to remove a positive thought from a negative aspect also . 
World will always try to find the negative In you and try to let down your motivation but make your weakness your strength.

How To Start Your Journey In Fitness

Fitness  industry is a huge industry as we all know. The main motive of this blog is , that How people should actually start a journey in fitness,many people se videos on YouTube and start dieting ,exercising,calorie deficiet dieting and all stuff. People also join gym but after first day of workout when they start feeling pain in muscles they often start avoiding gym. In this I will start this blog in two parts  (1) the people going to gym (2)the people who don't want to go to gym but loss the weight.
So I'll go for no. 1 people.
The people who go to gym often think that if "I go to gym I won't gain weight again"
In short they think gym is only importa9nt aspect which is very wrong.
The most important thing in your Fitness journey is your "diet" for example ,
The working of an engine is directly proportional to how good or often the oil is changed and in how much time you are lubricating the engine this makes engine stay good for longer time and not the brand.
And if you go for dieting most of people start dieting on a high level.  It means 1 day you eat a burger and a pizza and then suddenly  the next day you start eating boiled food ,salads etc. This is wrong yo can't expect your body to suddenly adapt the diet. You should slowly and gradually start your diet for example as I have above from the next day for coming 1 week you only eat homemade healthy food. And from next week include salads healthy food green leafy vegetables and so on go for a pure strict and a proper dieting.
Exercise is also important  there are two types of exercise (1) Cardio (2) weight training.
(1)Cardio is a exercise that increases your breathing rate helps in overall fat loss or weight loss. Benefit of cardio is for example you run 100m and you feel blowned up and struggle hard for breathing after doing cardio for a period of time you run the same distance without any problem easily.
(2)weight training is lifting weights you work on certain equipments. Weight training is for muscle building or you can say gaining weight for example you want to look muscular or be a body building you go for this option.
Many people are unaware of proper information and go for pills dynabols,steroids for faster building of the body it makes your body ,but the body will be hollow inside. For example you took the product of a particular brand but the product is not real though the product you want it is but it's not real.
Same way all these faster body making products attracts many youths as they are in the a age where they feel this is right it is right. I personally suggest go for pure fitness without any unnecessary pills,products etc
Shaping a good body takes time needs patience ,dedication ,determination and most importantly is discipline if you miss this one quality you will not be able to reach your aim be calm be patient and stay motivated.
(2)People who don't want go to gym definitely dieting is necessary as I mentioned in the starting.
This people often have complains about they don't have time for exercise if they had they would join a gym.
For this people they can include certain exercise which they don't need your extra time for it. It would be satisfied in your daily routines.  For example start walking mostly going for shopping,workplace if they are at a walkable distance.  And avoid going from personal vehicles start using public transport.  The thing is if we go from our personal car , bike we take it all the way from are door step till the parking lot of the place in this the distance we travel to the actual gate or the cabin is very short .
So start walking.  Include detox drinks in the morning eat healthy nutritious meal in morning and in the whole day.
If it's possible but strictly before leaving home at least eat healthy nutritious meal.
And in the whole day try avoiding junk oily fatty food .
The results don't come in a day or a week it takes months and years
So don't be discouraged if don't get in some time keep working encourage yourself
Self motivation is very Important.
